Eligibility Improvements
- Simplify your pre-verification workflow through Rivet’s filter, sort, and save features on the Appointments table, saving your personal worklists for later.
Payment Improvements
- Now use Rivet's Requested and Collected filters to quickly identify and follow up, using SMS text messages and emails, with patients who haven't paid.
- For Athena users:
You’re already automatically posting patient payments to your Athena practice management system; and now you can also identify Rivet payments and simplify payment reconciliation when you set a custom payment type through Athena and Rivet.
Usability Improvements
- Rivet now allows you to send patients customized PHI consent messages.
- Mobile estimates and payments are now optimized for all screen sizes.
- When adding a new patient, Rivet now automatically opens the patient detail page so you can simplify your new patient processes.
Estimates Improvements
- Rivet now correctly identifies benefits on family-only plans.
- Self-pay estimates just got easier—Rivet now allows you to manually enter "allowed" amounts on self-pay estimates to quickly calculate totals for patients without insurance.
